Shipping details:

• Shipping cost and transit time are based on the weight of the package and its final destination.
• Our shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
• UPS next-day delivery is dependent on the destination of your gift. UPS generally does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays regardless of what shipping method you choose. (Example: If you place an online order on Friday and request next-day shipping, it may be possible that the order will not arrive until Monday.)
• Depending on the destination UPS Ground shipping can take 1-5 business days.
• Our shipping cutoff time is approximately 2 pm EST Monday-Thursday.
• We cannot be responsible for delays in transit due to weather or acts of God

The correct shipping address is important - please make sure it is correct:

• Orders returned due to an insufficient/incorrect delivery address will be refunded for the cost of the product only. Shipping fees are not refundable.
• If you would like the item reshipped, a reshipping fee will be charged if the order is sent to a different or corrected address.
