Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  To return an item for any reason, just repack the gift in its original packaging, if possible. Please include your order number and/or the name that the item was ordered under or a copy of your confirmation email. Sorry, shipping & handling fees are not refundable on returns and you must pay for return shipping.  Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment only. Return to:
